The person you talk to is the person who builds it.

I build your website
and the tools behind it.

I look at your numbers before I build anything. Before this I spent three years at BCG in Toronto and co-founded WOMBO, whose AI apps passed 200 million downloads.

Let's talk →A short call. No pitch.

01 what I build
01
out[1] › the site

Your website or your online shop.

A new design on the platform you already run, usually WordPress and WooCommerce. Your products and your card payments carry on as they are.

out[2] › the tools

The screens your team works from.

Orders, deliveries, bookings, prices. Whatever your team still does on paper or in WhatsApp, built as a screen they open on their phones.

out[3] › before I build

I look at your numbers first.

Your orders and your competitors' prices. They decide what gets built first. Sometimes the answer costs nothing to act on.

02 recent work

Both of these are from this year, in Romania, and designed for phone and laptop alike.

Flowers Garden · the shop and three tools

I designed and built their new storefront on the WooCommerce they already ran. Payments and invoices kept running.

The message with the bouquet photo comes pre-filled. WhatsApp, SMS or email, one tap.

The customer follows it on a page that updates itself.

On the courier screen the route opens in Google Maps, and Delivered issues the invoice.

The pricing screen suggests each bouquet's price from its cost. The owner approves every change.

The analysis, the design, the words and the code all come from one person.

I designed and wrote this page. Same for the one below.

Truva Foundation · the build

Their codebase was gone. I rebuilt the site from what was still public, then designed and wrote the whole thing again. This is it.

I co-founded WOMBO in 2020 and ran its operations. Our first app hit 20 million downloads in three weeks. In 2021 WOMBO and Dream both hit number one on the App Store in every country. Google named Dream the best app of 2022 in the US, and our apps passed 200 million downloads. NVIDIA backed us.

Three years at BCG, one of the top management consulting firms in the world. That's where the strategy comes from.

04 how i work

I work from your own numbers, not from industry averages. Your orders, your prices, your ad spend, whatever your competitors publish.

You own everything I build outright, whether or not you keep working with me.

I do every build myself, so I only take on a few projects at a time.

A look at your numbers

BEFORE ANYTHING IS BUILT

I go through your orders, your prices, your site and your competitors. You get a written plan and a fixed price for the build.

▸ stop here and the plan is still yours

The build

A FIXED PRICE, AGREED FIRST

I build what the plan says. Where it works, I build on the platform you already run.

▸ stop here and you keep everything I built

After launch

OPTIONAL

Changes and new pieces, when you want them. Each one is priced before I start.
